How to Launch Physitrack Telehealth from the Schedule

If your clinic uses the Physitrack integration, you can launch a telehealth appointment directly from the Juvonno schedule without opening Physitrack separately. This allows practitioners to quickly join virtual appointments from the scheduled booking.

When to Use This

Use this article when:

You are preparing to begin a virtual appointment using Physitrack Telehealth
Your clinic has enabled the Physitrack integration and Telehealth module
You want to launch a telehealth session directly from the schedule

What You Need

Before you begin:

The Physitrack integration must be enabled in Juvonno
The Telehealth module must be enabled
Your practitioner profile must be linked to Physitrack
The appointment must be scheduled as a Physitrack Telehealth appointment

Permissions

You must have:

Access to the appointment on the schedule
A practitioner profile linked to Physitrack

Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access.

Launching Physitrack Telehealth

Open the schedule
Click the telehealth appointment
Select Open in Physitrack

Physitrack will open and launch the telehealth session in a separate window or browser tab.

Result

The telehealth session opens in Physitrack, allowing you to begin the virtual appointment with your patient.

Avoid Common Issues

Ensure your practitioner profile is connected to Physitrack
Verify that the Telehealth module is enabled in Juvonno
Confirm that the appointment was created as a Telehealth - Physitrack appointment
Allow pop-ups in your browser if Physitrack does not open automatically

Troubleshooting

I do not see the Open in Physitrack option

Verify that the appointment is configured with the Visit Type set to Telehealth - Physitrack, that you are the practitioner scheduled with the patient, and that your practitioner profile is linked to Physitrack
