Physitrack allows practitioners to create exercise programs, monitor patient progress, and conduct telehealth appointments. When integrated with Juvonno, practitioners can access Physitrack directly from their workflows and synchronize patient information between the two systems. This article explains how to connect Physitrack with Juvonno, exchange the required API keys, and enable the Telehealth module.
When to Use This
Use this article when:
- Your clinic has subscribed to Physitrack and wants to connect it to Juvonno
- You are setting up the Physitrack integration for the first time
What You Need
- An active Physitrack subscription
- Your Physitrack account login credentials
- Access to both Physitrack and Juvonno

Permissions
- Access to General System Settings in Juvonno
Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access.
Setting Up the Physitrack Integration
You will switch between Physitrack and Juvonno throughout the setup process.
In Physitrack:
- Log in to your Physitrack account
- Navigate to My Account
- Click Settings
- Scroll to the Integrations section
- Under Synchronize my client data from, select Juvonno
In Juvonno:
- Click Settings
- Under System & Company Settings, select General
- Click Integrated Apps
- Navigate to the Telehealth section
- Find Module Enabled and set to Yes
- Navigate to the Physitrack section

Copy the Physitrack PMS API Key
In Physitrack:
- Return to the Integrations section
- Paste the copied Physitrack PMS API Key in to the API key field (#1 on image below)
- Click Save changes
- Locate the new API Key section that appears below the Integrations section
- Check Enable API access to my account
- An API Key will generate
- Copy the generated API Key
- Click Save changes
Back in Juvonno:
- Return to the Physitrack section under Integrated Apps
- Paste the copied Physitrack API Key into the Physitrack API Key field (#2 in the image above)
- Click Save
Result
The Physitrack integration is connected and ready to use. Practitioners can link their profiles with Physitrack and access Physitrack features, including telehealth functionality, from within Juvonno.
Avoid Common Issues
- Ensure the Physitrack PMS API Key is copied from Juvonno and entered into Physitrack before attempting to generate a Physitrack API Key
- Verify that API access is enabled in Physitrack
- Confirm that both API keys have been copied completely without extra spaces
- Enable the Telehealth module in Juvonno
- Save changes in both systems whenever prompted
Troubleshooting
The Physitrack API Key was not generated
- Confirm that the Juvonno Physitrack PMS API Key was entered correctly and that API access has been enabled in Physitrack
The integration does not appear to be working
- Verify that both API keys were entered into the correct fields and saved in their respective systems
I cannot access telehealth features
Confirm that the Telehealth module is enabled in Juvonno
