Insurance Field Changes to Other After Dependent is Added

Has anyone experienced the relation to the cardholder switching to other and erasing the their birthdate? This info is necessary to bill Sunlife etc...

    Hi Kelly, great question! The information disappears because there are providers that require the Policy Holder information in those fields and not the patients. For example, if you're using the Telus integration this is imperative for the submission to successfully go through. Therefore when you change the relationship this is the system's way of prompting you to fill in the details that are needed.
