    Go to Settings, Administrators, and select New Administrator. Edit the Profile page and select Apply, then go to the Login page and provide a username, password and User Type then Apply Changes. Next, go to Practitioner Access and make sure the practitioners you want to see on the schedule have been added under the Individual Staff Access section or the Staff Group added under the Primary Group Access and Save.
