In order to delete documents, it must be permitted in your user type. To edit this, you must have access to edit User Types. Go to Settings, User Types, open a User Type, locate the field that reads Delete Documents underneath the Patients section and set it to Granted then Save. Log out of Juvonno and back in to see the update.
