How to Create a Quick Invoice

From time to time, you may be required to create a Quick invoice for expenses outside of an appointment. This article will explore how to do just that.


Step 1

You can create an invoice for a service with or without insurance and for the purchase of an item. Navigate to Home>Billing tab>Quick Invoice




From the Quick Invoice popup, enter the details and Description for the invoice.  This creates an invoice without booking an appointment.


Step 2

Once you have completed the Quick Invoice preparation select Checkout located in the bottom right side of the Invoice.



Step 3

Select Apply Payment.



Step 4

Next you will be prompted to confirm the amount and payment type on the Payment Confirmation window.  Select OK




Step 5

You will get the final receipt/invoice for the patient.



You can now print the invoice out and give it to the patient.
