This guide explains how to connect your TD Merchant Services Bambora payment gateway so you can process card-not-present credit card transactions directly within Juvonno.

What You Need
You'll need to retrieve your Merchant ID and API passcodes so ensure your TD/Bambora merchant account is active and that you have access to your merchant portal.
How to Find Your TD Merchant ID (Store/User ID)
- Log into TD Merchant Services/Bambora
- Navigate to Administration
- Select Company info
- Locate your Merchant ID
| NOTE: This value will be entered into Juvonno as the Store/User ID. |
How to Generate Your API Access Passcode (Token)
- Go to Administration
- Select Order settings
- Enable Require hash validation on Payment Gateway transaction requests
- Click Generate New Code if the API access passcode field is empty
- Update/save your changes
| NOTE: This API access passcode will be entered into Juvonno as the Token. |
How to Generate Your Payment API Passcode (Token 2)
- Go to Configuration
- Select Payment profile configuration
- Navigate to Security Settings
- Ensure the API access passcode is enabled
- Click Generate New Code if the API access passcode field is empty
Update/save your changes

How to Add TD/Bambora Payment Gateway in Juvonno
- Go to Settings
- Under Accounting, select Payment Gateways
- Click +New Payment Gateway
- Fill in the Details section
- Processor Type: Card not present
- Gateway: Bambora
- Name: Enter a recognizable title (example: TD Bambora)
- Mode: Production
- Status: Active
- Fill in the following details under Production Mode
- Store/User ID: Enter your TD Merchant ID
- Token: Enter the API Access Passcode
- Token 2: Enter the Payment API Access Passcode
Click Save
