Overview
Juvonno Pay is Juvonno's payment processing integration with Stripe. It lets you accept credit card payments directly in Juvonno while managing your payment account, transactions, and payouts in one place.
Once Juvonno Pay is set up, you can add your clinics, process payments, manage transactions, and keep track of your payouts without having to manage your payment information separately.
How It Works
Juvonno Pay is powered by Stripe. When you sign up for Juvonno Pay, you'll create or connect your Stripe account and provide the information needed to verify your identity and business.
Once your account is approved, you can connect your clinics to Juvonno Pay and start accepting payments.
Once your Juvonno Pay account is set up, you can access and manage it from Settings > Accounting > Payment Gateways.
Juvonno Pay brings your payment activity into four main areas:
- Details: View and manage your business, professional, personal, and payout information.
- Clinics: Add or disable the clinics that use Juvonno Pay.
- Payments: View, filter, and manage transactions, including refunds.
- Payouts: Track your payouts and their status.
Payments can be processed while paying an invoice or checking out an appointment. You can enter the patient's card details during payment and, if appropriate, save the card to the patient's profile for future use.

Manage Multiple Clinics
If you have multiple clinics, you can add each clinic to Juvonno Pay and manage which clinics use the payment service.
Manage Transactions
Use Payments to review your transactions.
Track Payouts
Use Payouts to see the status of your payouts and keep track of the funds being paid out.
Manage Your Account
Use Details to update information related to your business, professional details, personal information, and banking information.
Save Patient Cards
When processing a payment, you can choose Save Card to securely store the patient's card for future payments. Saved cards are available from the patient's Patient Profile > Accounting section.
Fees
There are no monthly or annual fees with Juvonno Pay. You’ll only ever pay for what you process!
Canada:
- Online: 2.75% per transaction
- Terminal: 2.50% per transaction, $0.10 for Interac Debit
USA:
- Online: 2.85% + $0.25 per transaction
- Terminal: 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction
The fees do not include any federal or provincial sales tax.
