Patients can access home exercise programs (HEPs) shared through Wibbi or Physitrack directly from the Patient Portal. What You Need
Before a patient can access a home exercise program:
- The exercise program must have been created in Wibbi or Physitrack
- The program must be shared to the Patient Portal from the patient's Documents tab
- The patient must have access to the Patient Portal and know their login credentials
Accessing a Home Exercise Program
- Log in to the Patient Portal
- Select (HEP) Exercises from the portal menu
- Locate the desired exercise program

Click the exercise program name to open the PDF version of the program
- Review the exercises, instructions, sets, and repetitions included in the program
- To access additional exercise information through Wibbi or Physitrack, click Access Physiotec
- Log in to Wibbi if prompted.
Result
The patient can view their home exercise program, including exercise instructions and prescribed repetitions. If available, they can also access additional exercise information through Wibbi or Physitrack.
Avoid Common Issues
- Ensure the exercise program has been shared to the Patient Portal before directing the patient to access it
- Confirm the patient is using the correct Patient Portal login credentials
- Verify that the patient is selecting (HEP) Exercises and not the Documents section
- If the patient is accessing Wibbi or Physitrack directly, they will need their Wibbi or Physitrack login credentials
Troubleshooting
I do not see any exercise programs in the Patient Portal
- Contact your clinic to confirm that your exercise program has been shared to the Patient Portal
I can log in to the Patient Portal, but I cannot open the exercise program
- Try refreshing the page or logging out and back into the Patient Portal
- Make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups
I am being redirected to another website when I click the Access Physiotec button
- This is expected
- The Access Physiotec button is used to launch your clinic's home exercise program integration. Depending on your clinic's setup, the button may open Wibbi or Physitrack.
- Although the button still references Physiotec, it supports multiple exercise program providers. The system will automatically open the platform configured for your clinic.
I forgot my Patient Portal password
- Use the password reset option on the Patient Portal login page or contact your clinic for assistance
