Juvonno allows you to sync your scheduled appointments with a personal calendar such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, or another third-party calendar application. This can help practitioners view their schedules alongside their personal or team calendars in one place.
This article walks you through how to connect your Juvonno schedule to an external calendar application.
Calendar Sync Security
When syncing Juvonno with a third-party calendar, only the following appointment details are shared:
- Patient first name
- Appointment date
- Appointment time
No additional personal or health information is included in the calendar sync. This is similar to the information visible in patient appointment reminders.
Important Notes
- Calendar syncing is a one-way integration
- Changes made in your personal calendar will not update appointments in Juvonno
- Some calendar applications can take up to an hour to reflect appointment updates or cancellations
