JComm’s Two-Way Texting lets your clinic send and receive text messages with patients directly inside Juvonno. This feature improves communication speed and engagement by keeping messaging in one place without switching apps. Two-way texting is included with every JComm subscription.
Why Use Two-Way Texting?
Text messaging gets faster responses and better engagement compared to email or phone:
- Higher open rate: Most patients open texts in minutes.
- Better response rate: Texts typically get more replies than emails.
- Replaces phone tag with quick, straightforward conversations.
How It Works
Step 1: Open Two-Way Texting
Click the chat bubble icon n the top right corner of your Juvonno screen. This opens the texting interface where you can manage all patient conversations.
Step 2: Find a Patient
Use the search bar or scroll your patient list to find the person you want to message.
Step 3: Send and Receive Messages
In the conversation window, you can:
- See all past text messages with that patient
- Type and send a reply
- Open appointment details using the Appointment Lookup tool
