How to Enable e-Gift Cards in the Patient Portal

Make purchasing e-Gift cards available for purchase in the Patient Portal in only a few minutes!

 

Note: You must have an active payment portal in order to sell e-Gift cards.

 

Step-by-step instructions:

Step 1

In the Settings menu, under System & Company Settings, select General

Step 2

In the left-hand sidebar, select Portal, then scroll down to Portal E-Gift Cards, select Yes from the dropdown menu, and Save.

The E-Gift Card button will now be active in your Patient Portal allowing patients to directly purchase e-Gift cards online.
