How to Create an e-Gift Card

e-Gift cards give your clinic a simple way to sell prepaid amounts that patients can use toward future services or products. Create an e-Gift Card in Juvonno using Quick Invoice in just a few steps.

Before You Begin 

Make sure you have a patient profile created named e-Gift Card Customers. This profile is used to track gift card purchases.

Step By Step Instructions

Step 1: Create a Quick Invoice 

1. Select the + icon at the top of the page 
2. Under SALES, select Quick Invoice 

Step 2: Enter the e-Gift Card Customer and Buyer Information 

1. In the Patient field, enter e-Gift Card Customers
2. Set Insurance to Direct to Patient 
3. Leave Practitioner set to No Practitioner 

4. In the Notes section, add the purchaser's: 

   a. First and last name

   b. Contact number

Step 3: Enter the E-Gift Card Item

1.  Under Item #, enter EGIFTCARD 

  2.  When prompter to enter a gift card number:

       a. Enter one if available or 

       b. Click Cancel to have the system generate one automatically 

Step 4: Enter the Gift Card Amount and Checkout

1. Enter the gift card Amount
2. Click Checkout

Step 5: Collect Payment 

1. Select the Paid By type
2. Confirm the payment amount
3. Click $ Apply Payment.

What Happens Next? 

The invoice is generated with: 

• The Gift Card number
• Purchaser details in the Notes section
