How to View JComm Campaign Results and Engagement Data

Tracking the success of your JComm Campaigns is simple with built-in campaign results and engagement tracking tools. From high-level performance statistics to detailed message activity, you can monitor delivery status, open rates, link clicks, ratings, unsubscribes, and more all in one place.

 

How to View Your JComm Campaign Results 

  1. Go to JComm
  2. Select View Report next to the campaign's name
  3. Review the live statistics: 
    • Total Sent: Total number of messages that were sent successfully
    • Total Opens: Total number of messages that were opened by the recipient
    • Clicks: Total number of recipients that followed your link 
    • Ratings: The average star rating given - if you asked for one  
    • Unsubscribed: Total number of recipients that unsubscribed to JComm
    • Total Errors: Total number of messages that were not or have not been sent: 
      • Missing Recipient 
      • Pending 
      • Failure

  1. Review the campaign activity: 
    • Date: Date and time the message was sent
    • Patient: Name of the recipient 
    • To: Email or phone number the message was sent to 
    • Message: Email or text message content 
    • Opened At: View the date and time your message was opened (email campaigns only)   
    • Link Clicked
    • Rating 
    • Unsubscribed 
    • Status: Let's you know if the message was sent successfully or if there was an error
