The Treatment Plan Report provides a detailed overview of patient treatment plans, including approved amounts, remaining coverage, and outstanding products and services. This report helps clinics track usage, monitor insurance approvals, and stay up to date on remaining quantities and balances.
You can filter the report by patient, treatment plan status, clinic, and insurance company to quickly find the data you need.
How to To Generate a Treatment Plan Report
- Navigate to Reports
- Under Statistics, choose Treatment Plan Report
- Enter Report Parameters:
- Patient: Enter a specific patient's name or leave blank to include all patients
- Start Date
- End Date
- Status
- Clinic
- Insurance Company
Once parameters are selected, click Create
What the Treatment Plan Report Includes
The report displays the following details:
- Treatment Plan: Name and Number
- End Date
- Document #
- Patient Name
- Date Submitted
- Current Status
- Approved: Total approved amount
- Coverage Used: Amount used to date
- Coverage Remaining: Remaining approved balance
- Items Remaining: Products and services still available on the plan
- Qty Remaining: Number of remaining units for each product or service
