How to Set Up Patient Groups

Use Patient Groups to filter your patient lists for reporting and billing purposes. Assign a patient group to patients who share similar needs or characteristics. For example, you may create a Patient Group for patients that are billed privately or are covered by WSIB. 


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Select Patients in the left navigation menu and then click Patient Groups.




Or, go to Settings>Groups & Categories Section>Patient Groups>New Group




Step 2

Click on New Group to create a new Patient Group



Step 3

Assign a Name, Status, and Background Colour to your new Patient Group then Save.



The Patient Group has now been successfully created
