Tip: Once a fax is assigned to a patient, it will appear in the patient's Documents tab. A checkmark in the Assigned column confirms it has been sorted.

Avoid These Common Issues

  • Enter fax numbers using one of these formats only: xxx-xxx-xxxxx or (xxx) xxx-xxxx. Avoid extra characters.
  • Sent faxes will display an In Queue status until confirmation is received (typically within a few minutes).
  • New incoming faxes are marked Unread. Opening the fax updates the status to Read, but you can manually change it back if needed.
  • Reading a fax directly in your SRFax account will not sync that read status to Juvonno.

Troubleshooting

Unable to connect SRFax account

If the SRFax integration setup fails, verify the following:

  • Your SRFax username and password are entered correctly
  • The email address associated with your SRFax account matches the clinic email entered in Juvonno
  • Your SRFax account is active and in good standing
  • The SRFax module has been enabled under Settings > General > Modules > Integrations

Fax not showing in patient profile

  • Incoming faxes must be assigned to a patient profile before they appear in the patient’s Documents tab. A checkmark in the Assigned column confirms the fax has been successfully sorted.

Read status is not updating

  • Opening a fax within Juvonno will automatically update its status from Unread to Read. However, viewing the fax directly through your SRFax account will not sync the read status back to Juvonno.

Result

After the integration is complete, send a test fax to confirm successful delivery. Monitor the Fax Log regularly to ensure incoming documents are reviewed and assigned to the correct patient profiles.
