Where is it?
You can find My Dashboard by selecting the My Dashboard icon on the sidebar menu
You can also set your Default Landing Page to be My Dashboard in your Profile under the Preferences tab

3. Assign which schedule version to use on the Home page

As of January 2024, My Dashboard has been upgraded and streamlined to empower you to get more done in less time and in less clicks. Here are some of the latest updates made:
A Shiny-New Charting Tab ✨
The new Charting tab allows you to effortlessly access all of your charts in one window. From here, you can continue charting with a single click and utilize handy new sorting and updating tools to Filter charts by Status and Complete or Lock charts in bulk!
Instantly Refresh Your Schedule
When viewing your schedule under the My Day tab, instantly update and monitor upcoming appointment statuses and any changes to your agenda. This ensures you have the most current information at your fingertips with just a click.
Prescription, Letter, and Form Administration Hot Links
Within a patient's Appointment Details, you can now seamlessly generate a new prescription, compose a letter, or administer a form—all with the click of a button!
My Day Tab
The ideal solution for viewing your own schedule, uncharted appointments and appointment details.
Appointment Details
Select an appointment for a detailed view displayed to the right of the schedule.
The left section will list Patient Profile demographics, such as the patient's name and date of birth and will also display links to the profile's Notes and/or Warnings when applicable.
Click the patient's name to open the Patient Lookup, and the appointment icon to view the patient's appointment history.
The right section displays appointment-specific information such as the date, time, duration, or which treatment plan, reason, memo or complaint is attached. A link to either Create or View the appointment's chart (depending on its current charting status) displays here as well.
Select the menu icon at the top-right of the panel to view a shortened version of the Appointment menu. (Certain links may not display based on your user type's permissions.)
Uncharted Appointments
The most recent three uncharted appointments will display on the top-right. Select an appointment to view its details in the appointment panel below and start charting
Charts
Charts for the patient that's currently loaded into the Appointment panel will display below, along with the author of the chart, chart date, appointment date and the status of the chart
Customization
Select the settings icon to view and customize your My Day tab further
Note | Uncharted appointments are appointments for which there is no chart assigned. Any schedule-specific settings of 'MyDay' will also affect the Schedule's tab Day and Week view. |
Schedule
Select from either the Day, Week or Month view of your schedule
Day view will display a full-width view of the schedule, a day at a time. This is the recommended view for practitioners that regularly have multiple appointments in the same period.
Week view will display either 5 or 7 days depending on if weekends are hidden in the tab's settings.
Month view displays the first three appointments per day, followed by a count of additional appointments not displayed, that when clicked, links to the date's Day view.

Other schedule settings are controlled from the MyDay settings panel, such as Appointment Alerts, Custom Appointment Colors, Fading past appointments and if the Real Time Indicator is enabled. |
Agenda
View your tasks, unread messages, upcoming appointments and more:
Scheduled Appointments
View your upcoming appointments sorted by most recent onwards.
To-Dos
View your To-dos and reply by completing/dismissing/skipping them.
Calls
View your Calls and update by completing/dismissing/skipping them.
Unread Messages
View internal staff messages received. Opened messages are then hidden
Follow-Ups
View your Follow-Ups and update by completing/dismissing/skipping them.
Select 'View All' to filter your follow-ups by category (when applicable).
Uncharted Appointments
Your list of the most recent appointments that have not been charted for:
Statistics (Practitioners only)
Live stats are based on your own appointments, invoices and patients seen.
Hover over the help icon for details on how each statistic is calculated.
Note | 'Sales' stats will display only if the Practitioner's User Type has Transaction Information permitted. |
Drop Offs (Practitioners only)
View a list of Patients that haven't rebooked since their last visit within the date range.
Select the menu icon left of the patient's name for further options
Further filter the tab's results with patients who have active Follow-Ups assigned to them by selecting the checkbox next to the Follow-Up heading.
Sort the results by selecting any of the heading links and select the 'Export to Excel' button to download the results in Excel format (or choose the down arrow to select alternative output options).
Notes | 1) Any of the dashboard's settings/customizations only affect your own user profile. |
2) An additional tab 'Manitoba Health' will display in the dashboard if your system has the Manitoba Health biller enabled. This tab is an exact replica of the previous version of the dashboard's Manitoba Health module. | |
3) MyDay's settings also includes a toggle to display/hide cancelled appointments (under the Appointment Alerts heading). | |
4) Statistics and Drop Offs date ranges will recall your last selection by default. On first time load, they are set to 'This Month' and 'Last 6 Months' respectively. | |
5) Any tabs that display the Settings icon at the top-right allow for customizations. |
