Scheduling Task Reminders: Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1

Open the quick-start menu by clicking the plus sign in the nav bar and select To-Do (for tasks), or Call (for phone calls) reminders.

Step 2

Enter the details of your task reminder into the fields provided (if applicable), such as Title (the subject of the reminder), Patient Name, Due Date, Due Time, Memo (for any specific instructions) and most importantly an Alert (if/when an alert should be triggered).

Step 3

Then click Save.

Creating Task Templates

Enhance your workflow with Task Reminder Templates. This step-by-step guide will show you how to create task templates, ensuring that each important step in your process(es) is efficiently and consistently completed.

 

Step 1

Navigate to Settings > System Entities > Task Templates

Step 2

Then click New Template.

Step 3

Enter a name and click Save.

Enter the specific steps or process details into the Memo field. For instance, if you're managing Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, use the Memo field to remind your staff of key information like Date of Accident, Insurance Company, and Policy/Claim #.

Within the Template field, select the template you wish to use from the drop-down menu.
