How to Connect Doxy Telehealth to Juvonno

Juvonno is integrated with Doxy. In this article, learn how to connect Doxy with Juvonno and schedule and join a Doxy telehealth appointment, 

 

What You Need 

  • A Doxy account 

 

Connecting Juvonno and Doxy 

Enable the Doxy Module in Juvonnno

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Under System & Company Settings, select General 
  3. Click Integrated Apps 
  4. Navigate to the Doxy section
  5. Set Doxy Enabled to Yes 
  6. Save your changes 

 

Add Doxy to Practitioner Profiles 

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Under Staff, select Practitioners
  3. Open the practitioner's profile 
  4. In the Profile tab, find Doxy Room URL
  5. Enter in the Doxy Room field

You're now ready to begin scheduling Doxy telehealth appointments in Juvonno.

 

Scheduling a Doxy Telehealth Appointment in Juvonno

  1. Schedule an appointment by selecting the requested appointment time on your schedule

  2. Select Telehealth - Doxy as the Visit Type and provide the essential details of the appointment

  1. The appointment will be marked with diagonal lines to indicate it as a telehealth appointment

Result 

  • Approximately 10 minutes before their appointment, the patient will receive an email reminder with the Doxy Room link

 

 

  • You can manually send the link to the session by clicking the appointment block and selecting Send Session Email 

 

 

Note: The patient must have a valid email address saved in their patient profile in order to attend a Doxy telehealth appointment

 

Joining a Doxy Session 

At the scheduled appointment time, the practitioner will: 

  1. Click the appointment block

  2. Select Join Doxy Session
