Weekly Updates & Fixes: September 1st, 2026

  • Updated

This week’s release includes improvements to everyday clinic workflows, including document imports, external contacts, multi-patient bookings, charting, and claims. Teams working with document imports or linked patient appointments should see a smoother experience. We also made a few billing and reporting updates, along with fixes to duplicate contacts, intake forms, and invoice emails.

What's New

  • Easier document imports: Clinics can now import existing documents in bulk using a CSV file. Staff can preview the results before importing and review any items that need attention.
  • Simpler duplicate contact cleanup: Staff can now find and merge duplicate external contacts through a dedicated review workflow, making it easier to keep contact information organized.
  • Improved multi-patient booking: The portal and admin booking flows have been updated to make scheduling linked patients, such as couples or family members, easier to manage.
  • More flexible charting on-the-fly: Staff can now remove chart templates while working
  • Enhanced form building tools: You can now move or clone columns when building chart and intake templates, and use more auto-populate options when setting up charts and forms.
  • Faster claims searches: Claims search now supports patient-name type-ahead, making it easier to find the right patient while searching.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Day End report credits showed the remaining balance instead of the credit amount.
  • Fixed an issue where invoice emails could be sent at the wrong time or sent again when a receipt was printed. Invoice emails now send during payment processing.
  • Fixed an issue where the duplicate contacts review page could get stuck while loading.

We’re excited about these updates and the smoother day-to-day workflows they bring to document management, scheduling, charting, billing, and clinic operations!
