We also resolved several issues related to booking, payments, and notifications to help improve patient communication and overall reliability.
What's New
- You can now fax multiple documents at once from document workflows
- Chart templates can now be added while you're creating a chart, making documentation faster
- The Form Builder now supports calculated fields, including sums and averages, based on scale question responses
- Scheduling now includes a Remote visit type with location details, and programs now support drop-in registration
Fixes
- Fixed an issue that prevented new patients from joining waitlists through the portal when preliminary questions were enabled
- Restored appointment reminders to SMS chat history
- Fixed terminal payment workflows so invoice emails are sent when that option is selected
- Fixed card action behaviour in Patient Accounting, including Bambora verify/replace actions and related permission checks
- Fixed notification edge cases by preventing notifications from being sent for invalid appointments and adding appointment IDs to notification email subject lines
