This week's update includes improvements to reporting, analytics, scheduling, billing, and everyday workflows in HCAI. We also fixed several issues to help make day-to-day tasks more reliable.
What's New
- Exporting charts and intake forms is now more reliable. Large exports run in batches and include a preview, retry option, and summary when they're complete
- Analytics now respects user roles and location permissions, so users only see the practitioner data they have access to
- You can now add more appointments to an active program using the existing apply workflow
- SMS Chat now hides appointment reminders and confirmation messages, making it easier to follow conversations with patients
- HCAI Form 1 usage now resets based on invoices created during the current month
Fixes
- Fixed multi-invoice payments so the selected payor is saved correctly
- Fixed Follow Up access so non-provider roles now see the correct staff members
- Fixed treatment plan cloning so cloned plans start with updated OCF versions
Fixed invoice headers on patient summary invoices so empty addresses no longer leave stray commas
