This week's release brings a mix of new features, workflow improvements, and important fixes across billing, reporting, online booking, and front-desk operations. Teams now have clearer appointment and waitlist information, insurance and reporting workflows better reflect current requirements, and several payment and invoicing issues have been resolved to improve accuracy and reliability.
What's New
- Appointment reminders now include the Visit Type, giving patients more context before their visit
- Waiting List entries now display how long a patient has been waiting in both days and hours
- Patient Stages now support colour tags with a reset option, and patient list highlighting now follows those stage settings
- Portal booking now prevents patients from using “Book Again” for services where online booking has been disabled
- US insurance intake now uses a dedicated workflow with required billing fields and correct reopening behaviour based on the insurance type
- Remittance Advice now count only paid claims, and French invoices now display serial numbers for serialized products
Fixes
We've also continued to address issues affecting billing accuracy, payments, and day-to-day workflows:
- Fixed an issue where 3D Secure (3DS) payments made through the portal could fail after checkout state changes
- Fixed Quick Invoice tax calculations (rounding) after summing line items
- Fixed refund cases where taxes could be counted twice
- Fixed Payments by Practitioner subtotals when isolated payments included overpayments
- Fixed an issue where campaign paging could switch users to the wrong campaign
- Fixed Patient Lookup from overriding correspondence note actions
