Juvonno Telehealth allows you to securely launch and join video appointments directly within the system, without third-party apps. This article explains how to enable the telehealth modules in Juvonno.
When to Use This
Use this article when:
- You would like to use Juvonno Telehealth
- you are setting up Juvonno Telehealth for the first time
Permissions
- Access to General System Settings
Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access.
Enabling Juvonno Teleheatlh
To enable the Juvonno Telehealth module:
- Go to Settings
- Under System & Company Settings, select General
- Click Integrated Apps
- Navigate to the Telehealth section
- Set Module Enabled to Yes
- Next, navigate to the the Juvonno Telehealth section
- Find Juvonno Telehealth Enabled
- Select Yes
- Save your changes
Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access.
