Wibbi allows practitioners to create and share home exercise programs (HEPs) with patients. When integrated with Juvonno, practitioners can launch Wibbi directly from a patient's profile, and exercise program PDFs are automatically saved to the patient's documents. This article explains how to configure the Wibbi integration, connect your clinic locations, and complete the setup required before practitioners can begin creating exercise programs.
When to Use This
Use this article when:
- Your clinic has subscribed to Wibbi and wants to connect it to Juvonno
- You are setting up the Wibbi integration for the first time
- You need to configure clinic locations and add a CLM ID provided by Wibbi
What You Need
To successfully integrate Wibbi with Juvonno, you'll need:
- Your clinic location information from Juvonno (see below)
- An active Wibbi subscription
- A CLM ID provided by Wibbi after your account has been configured
Permissions
You must have:
- Access to General System Settings to enable the integration, find your clinic location information for Wibbi and to enter clinic-specific CLM IDs
Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access.
Setting Up the Wibbi Integration
- Go to Settings
- Under System & Company Settings, select General
- Click Integrated Apps
- Navigate to the Wibbi section
- Record the location numbers displayed for each clinic
- These numbers will need to be provided to Wibbi
- Set Enabled to Yes
- Click Save
Provide Clinic Location Information to Wibbi
- Contact Wibbi and provide your clinic location numbers

- Wait for Wibbi to complete their portion of the setup process
- Wibbi will provide a clinic-specific access token (CLM ID) for each clinic location
Adding the CLM ID #
- Go to Settings
- Under System & Company Settings, select Clinics
- Open the clinic you want to configure
- Navigate to the Wibbi section
- In CLM ID #, enter the access token provided by Wibbi
- Click Save
Result
The Wibbi integration is enabled and connected to your clinic locations. Practitioners can launch Wibbi directly from patient profiles, create home exercise programs, and have program PDFs automatically saved to patient records in Juvonno.
Avoid Common Issues
- Ensure clinic location numbers are provided to Wibbi
- Confirm practitioners have active Wibbi licenses
- Enter the correct CLM ID for each clinic location
- Only users with access to system settings can add or update CLM IDs
Troubleshooting
I don't see System & Company Settings
- Your User Type does not have access to the General System Settings
- Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access
A practitioner cannot access Wibbi from Juvonno
- Confirm that the practitioner has been assigned a default clinic in their profile
- Confirm the practitioner has an active Wibbi license
- If the practitioner has both an administrator and practitioner profile, make sure they are logged in as a practitioner
The integration has been enabled, but Wibbi is not working
- Make sure you have entered the correct CLM ID # in the clinic's profile
- Confirm that Wibbi has completed the setup process on their end
