This article goes through how to set up the Login in tab in a practitioner's profile and explains what each of the fields mean.
Setting Up the Login Tab of a Practitioner's Profile
- Go to Settings
- Under Staff, select Practitioners
- Open the relevant practitioner's profile
- Select the Login tab
- Enter the:
- Username
- New Password
- Verify Password
- Select the User Type
- Update the Practitioner Access Settings - Patient Profile Access by selecting from:
- All Profiles
- Only When I Am the Default Practitioner
- When I Am Assigned to an Active Treatment Plan
- When I Am Scheduled with the Patient
- Leave Block Employee to No
- Switch this to Yes when the practitioner has departed from the organization and should no longer have access to your system

| Username and Password | This is the Username and Password the practitioner will use to log in to Juvonno |
| User Type | This will determine what type of access the practitioner has to certain areas of the system and which functions they can perform |
| Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) |
If using 2FA, this is where the practitioner will set up their 2FA Administrators will also be able to reset the practitioner's 2FA if needed (e.g., new phone, left device at home, lost device) |
| Practitioner Access |
The practitioner will have access to patient profiles based on the access given:

| Block Employee |
When set to No, the practitioner will be able to log in When set to Yes, the practitioner will no longer be able to access your organization's Juvonno system |
| Last Logged In | This will show the date, time and location (via IP address) of when this profile was last accessed |
