Appointment Booking Statistics Report

The Patient Booking Statistics report shows which Juvonno user booked an appointment, along with the patient and appointment date.

When to Use This

Use this report to:

• Review appointment booking activity within a selected date range
• Track appointment creation by staff member and review booking volume across users

Generating an Appointment Booking Statistics Report 

1. Go to Reports 
2. Under Statistics, select Appointment Booking Statistics 

3. Enter the Report Parameters: 
   • Clinic
   • Start Date 
   • End Date
   • Detail - Select either: 
     • Summary: Shows each user and the total number of appointments they have booked 
     • Detail: Shows each booked the appointment including who booked the appointment, the patient's name, and the date of the appointment
4. Click Create 

Result 

A PDF report is generated. If Detailed was selected, the report will show which Juvonno user booked each appointment, along with the patient name and appointment date. If Summary was selected, the report will show the user and the total number of appointments they booked, 

Cancelled appointments are automatically removed from the report and will not appear in the generated PDF.
