Chart Directly Within My Day
Charts now open and are completed directly within the My Day screen which means there are no more forced pop-up windows or juggling multiple browser tabs.
Optional controls allow practitioners to:
- Expand the chart to full width
- Pop the chart out into a new browser tab for maximum screen space
This result is a smoother, more focused charting experience.

- Last appointment date
- Next booked appointment
Widgets are optional per practitioner, and additional options will be introduced over time.
Improved Layout and iPad-Friendly Experience
The charting interface has been refreshed with updated spacing and layout to support usability on iPad and other touch devices.

We’ve launched a modern Chart Builder designed to make template creation faster, smarter, and more adaptable.
Conditional Logic Inside Charts
Charts now support dynamic “if this, then show that” behaviour.
Example:
Selecting a checkbox or radio button can reveal additional fields, while unnecessary sections remain hidden.
This helps practitioners focus only on relevant information.
New Chiropractic Spine Widget
The new spine widget features:

Modern Builder Experience
The Chart Builder follows the same intuitive design as the Intake Form Builder. If you’ve used that tool before, many of the skills transfer directly. This makes it easy to start building charts with confidence.
