- Log in to the TELUS Health Portal
- Open the menu in the upper-left corner
Record your Provider ID
TELUS Location ID:
- In the TELUS Portal, click Business profile

Finding Practitioner TELUS Details
You'll find the following details in your TELUS Health Portal.
- In the TELUS Health Portal, open your list of Providers
- Locate the relevant practitioner and record the following information:
- License Number
- TELUS Provider ID
- License Type
License Issuer

Enabling TELUS Health eClaims in Juvonno
Follow these steps to enable the TELUS Health eClaims integration:
- Go to Settings
Under System & Company Settings, select General
- Click Modules
- Navigate to Integrations
- Find TELUS Health eClaims and set it to Enabled

Adding TELUS Information to a Clinic in Juvonno
- Go to Settings
- Under System & Company Settings, select Clinics
- Open the clinic you want to update
- Find TELUS Health eClaims and enter the following:
- CPR Organization ID: Your TELUS Provider ID
CPR Work Location ID: Your TELUS Location ID
- Click Save
- Repeat these steps for each clinic, if applicable.
Adding TELUS Details to Practitioner Profile in Juvonno
Navigate to the relevant practitioner's profile:

- Username: Enter the clinic's TELUS Portal username
- Password: Enter the clinic's TELUS Portal password
- License Issuer: Select the issuing body of the practitioner's license (i.e., the college or association)
- License Type: Select the license type
Practitioner Type: Select practitioner's discipline
Click Save

Setting Up TELUS for Practitioners Working at Multiple Clinics
Complete the Clinic Settings when the practitioner you're setting up TELUS Health eClaims for works at more than one of your clinic locations.
- Leave the Default TELUS Health Provider Settings blank
- Scroll to Clinic Settings
- Complete the TELUS details for each clinic the practitioner works at:
- License #: Enter the practitioner’s license number
- CPR Provider #: Enter the practitioner's TELUS Provider ID
- Username: Enter the clinic's TELUS Portal username
- Password: Enter the clinic's TELUS Portal password
- License Issuer: Select issuing body of the practitioner's license (i.e., the college or association)
- License Type: Select the license type
- Practitioner Type: Select practitioner's discipline
- Click Save
