How to Force Log Out an Active Staff Member

Administrators can remotely log out active staff members from Juvonno. This is useful when a user has left themselves logged in or when all available licenses are currently in use and access needs to be reassigned.

The number of staff profiles in your system is separate from the number of licenses your clinic owns. A license determines how many users can be logged in at the same time.

 

When to Use This 

Use this article when: 

  • A staff member is logged in but no longer needs access
  • All available licenses are in use and another user needs to log in
  • You need to immediately end an active session

 

Permissions 

  • An Admin Level 2 profile is required

Contact your clinic administrator if you do not have the required access

 

Logging Out Active Staff 

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Under System & Company Settings, select General 
  3. Click Security 
  4. Navigate to the Active Licenses section
  5. Click Active Users Page 
     

 

  1. Find Users Logged In and select the staff member you want to log out 
  2. Enter your password 
  3. Click Logout

Result 

  • The selected staff member is logged out immediately
  • Their active license is released
  • Another user can sign in using the available license
