Physitrack Telehealth is built around protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your client data. Video and audio streams between call participants are encrypted with AES 256-bit encryption. This includes screen sharing.
- No audio or video is recorded by Physitrack.
- The only data that we store is data about your call (so-called metadata), such as the start time, end time, duration, name of the client you spoke with, etc.
The purpose of this is to help you gain insight (and invoice) your clients, and for Physitrack to technically monitor performance of our platform and resolve tech issues.
