You can adjust how long Juvonno can stay inactive before automatically signing you out. This can be helpful for balancing convenience and security for your clinic.
When to Use This
Use this when:
- You want to change how long a user can remain inactive before their Juvonno session times out
Permissions
- Access to Settings > General
Contact your clinic administrator if you don't have the required access.
Instructions
- Go to Settings
- Under System & Company Settings, select General
- Select System
- Scroll to the Other section
- Find Session Timeout (mins) and select the amount of time you'd like to allow.
- Click Save
Result
Your new session timeout will take effect after you save the setting. Users will be automatically signed out after the selected period of inactivity.
Things to Know
- A shorter session timeout can help improve security, while a longer timeout may be more convenient for your team.
- The timeout applies when a user has been inactive for the selected amount of time.
