You can see credits and gift cards in the patient's profile or in the accounting section. When you're creating an invoice for a patient, you'll also get a notification if they have any available credit. This article show you where you can find existing credits and gifts cards.
Patient Profile
- Open the patient's profile
- Click History
- Choose Credits
Accounting - Credits
- Go to Accounting
- Select Credits
- Enter your search parameters
- Click Search
Accounting - Gift Cards
- Go to Accounting
- Select Gift Cards
- Enter your search parameters
- Click Search
