How to Clear Computer Cache using Chrome

For the best experience with Juvonno, we recommend using the Chrome browser and clearing your cache regularly. Clearing your cache helps resolve common performance issues.

Clear Cache in Chrome

1. Log out of Juvonno and close all browser windows.
2. Open Chrome on your computer.
3. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
4. Select Settings.
5. Click Privacy and Security.
6. Choose Delete browsing data.
7. Set the time range to All time to remove everything.
8. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
9. Click Delete data.
10. Restart Chrome to finish the process.
