If you have a Gift Card without a balance that continues to display
as an available credit, follow the steps below to set the card as paid.
🆕 TIP: Gift Cards used after Aug 21, 2019 are auto-set as paid
1) Navigate to Accounting > Gift Cards
2) Enter a Start Date, set the Status to Payable and select Search.
3) Select the menu icon and choose the option Set Gift Card as Paid.
4) The Gift Card is now set as Paid and will no longer appear as a credit for the patient.
