Details on the appointment context menu links.
Instead of constantly having to navigate through various menus and windows, the appointment context menu is a useful group of links that provide navigation shortcuts.
Some of the menu items are based on what you have enabled in your system. If it has not been turned on by default in your system then it may not be a feature you require.
Example: You will not have the Complete and Chiro Bill turned on if you are not a Chiropractor working out of Manitoba.
How Does it Work?
Simply select any appointment on the schedule to display the menu.

This link provides an option to essentially copy & paste the appointment.
Locate and select the preferred time on the schedule to complete the process.

This link provides a simple appointment reschedule.

Shows the appointment is confirmed on the appointment block. Once this has been selected you will get another option to Remove from Confirmed if needed.
This Patient Arrived link adjusts the appointment status border (enabled in Settings) and reveals the menu option to Remove From Arrived if necessary and Reset Back to Arrived if needed.

If an appointment is set to Appointment Finished, the border will appear as completed and the menu will reveal the No Bill option. This will remove the appointment from the Billing tab, and remain labelled as completed.

If your clinic is set up with Telus direct billing, this link will attempt a predetermination (not all insurers provide a Pre-determination option) to verify coverage validity and the total amount estimated to cover the appointment.

If your clinic is set up with a biller (such as Manitoba Health), use this link to submit a claim.

If your clinic is set up for Chiropractic Billing, use this link to generate a claim. If this appointment has been arrived and set to Appointment Finished, there will be an option called Chiropractor Billing instead.

Set the appointment as completed and display the invoice checkout window. If this appointment has been set to Arrived and set to Appointment Finished from the Arrived tab this will read Invoice Appointment.

It will either display a filterable window of appointment history, or
open a printable PDF of the patient's upcoming appointments.
