Can’t find your clinic’s Juvonno URL?
Clinic owners and administrators receive the clinic’s Juvonno URL during the onboarding process. If you’re unable to locate it, please refer to your original onboarding communications or contact our support team for assistance.
Unsure where to find your login credentials?
If you are the clinic owner or administrator, your login credentials are provided by our team. For staff members, login details are created and shared by your clinic’s owner or administrator once your user profile has been set up.
Forgot your password?
Select Reset Password on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your clinic administrator for further assistance.
