Exporting From Universal Office (Antibex Software)

This article outlines how to export your data from Universal Office. Once you've successfully exported your data, you can begin to prepare it for import to Juvonno.

How To Export Patients & Appointments from Universal Office

A backup can only be done from the server.

To perform the following procedures, open the Universal Office Backup Utility on your server computer.

This backup includes both data stored in the database and attached electronic files. To open Universal Backup, click Start > All Programs > Universal Office CPR > Universal Backup.

Alternatively, click Backup Data on the main toolbar when Universal Scheduling is open.

Click Backup Universal Office Data, then check the box next to the database you want to backup or Select all.

Choose a destination folder or leave it as default. Click Start. Click Done when finished.

How To Export Universal Office SOAP Note Charts and Case Files

Universal Office does not batch export Charts and Case Files. You will have to export charts individually as a PDF, and convert them to Excel for uploading them to Juvonno.

Other Data Notes

After your subscription with Antibex is canceled, you will have access to a read-only version.

Billing reports can be found in the Reports Manager.
