This article outlines how to export your data from Noterro (formerly SOAP Vault). Once you've successfully exported your data, you can begin to prepare it for import to Juvonno.

How to Export Your Data from Noterro
Patient / Client Profile Information
- Log in as Admin
- Click on the Patient/Client icon (left header)
- Click the Three Dots next to the Add Client button
- Click Export Patient/Client
- This will download all of your patient/client information into a CSV file, which can be opened by products like Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Clinical Notes
- Click on the Patient's/Client's name
- Click the Clinical Note in the sidebar
- Click on the Printer icon to the right of Add Note button
- Select the appropriate Filters
- Click Print
- When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer)
Forms
- Click on the Patient's/Client's name
- Click the Forms in the sidebar
- Click on the Three Dots of the Form (Current) you want to print or download
- Click Print
- When your printer preview screen opens, select Print to PDF (this will create a single digital file of all the notes on your computer)
Appointments
- Log in as Admin
- Click on the Graph icon (Reports) in the left navigation
- Under the Patient section, click on Appointments
- Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file)
