How To Export Data from Healthquest
You will need to contact Health Quest to get your data. They will provide the following documents in CSV format.
Patients - client.csv - a list of all patients, employees, and physicians in the system
Appointments - appointment.csv - list of appointments. The client_no field will link to the patient record
Charts - chart.csv - all chart notes. Client_no links to the patient
Documents - image.csv - all scanned documents/images along with a file path to the image.
