Exporting From Cliniko

This article outlines how to export your data from Cliniko. Once you've successfully exported your data, you can begin to prepare it for import to Juvonno.

 

*Note: These instructions were created using information gathered from the software vendor and its publicly available resources. This information may differ from the exact exportation process. If you experience any difficulties exporting your data, please contact your software vendor directly.

How To Export General Information from Cliniko

Go to the Settings Module, then click on Data Exports. There will be a drop-down list under the data to export field that can be used to select which export report to create. For more information on exporting your data from Cliniko, click here.

 

How To Export Patients from Cliniko

Go to Settings Module, and click on Data Exports. There will be a drop-down list that should be toggled to patients. Use the data range to adjust when the patients were created to include all potential patients.

When exporting your patient information, be sure to export your data with all the available fields.

If the download times out due to file size, select a smaller date range such as yearly, or four-month increments for multiple exports. 

Finish by clicking Export data, and your file will be listed, then click the download button to save it to your local computer.

 

How To Export Appointments from Cliniko

Go to Settings Module, and click on Data Exports. There will be a drop-down list that should be toggled to appointments. Use the data range to adjust the appointments, past and future you would like to export.

If the download times out due to file size, select a smaller date range such as yearly, or four-month increments for multiple exports. 

Finish by clicking Export data, and your file will be listed, then click the download button to save it to your local computer.

 

How To Export Charts from Cliniko

Go to Settings Module, and click on Data Exports. There will be a drop-down list that should be toggled to charts. Use the data range to adjust which charts and the date range that will be exported. 

If the download times out due to file size, select a smaller date range such as yearly, or four-month increments for multiple exports.

Finish by clicking Export data, and your file will be listed, then click the download button to save it to your local computer. This file will download as a CSV, and will be imported to Juvonno as SOAP notes.
