This article outlines how to export your data from Practice Jewel. Once you've successfully exported your data, you can begin to prepare it for import to Juvonno.

How To Export Patients from Practice Jewel
Go to Reports > General Reports and click on the green [+} button next to Patient, under the General section.
Name the report and make sure all variables are selected under the Options tab.
Finish by clicking Results and choose Create File on the right-hand side.
A CSV file will save directly to your computer with the selected name.
How to Export Appointments from Practice Jewel
Go to Reports > General Reports > Appointments Report.
Name the report, and make sure all the variables are selected under the Options tab.

How To Export Patient SOAP Notes from Practice Jewel
Practice Jewel will allow users to export SOAP notes by Practitioner or by the patient by going to the Patient Module > Records > SOAP HIstory > Download.
If the notes come out as a PDF they will need to be converted to a CSV file.
