This article outlines how to export your data from Innocare. Once you've successfully exported your data, you can begin to prepare it for import to Juvonno.

Data that can be exported from Innocare for import to Juvonno

Note: When exporting from Innocare you will end up with a .txt file. This file should be converted to a CSV before importing it to Juvonno.
How To Export Patients from Innocare
Click the Management Tab, then click Clients, and finally click on GO.
Right-click the client list, and select Save to File.
Select your Desktop or Local computer to store the file and click Save.
Export patients from Innocare with as much detail as possible.

How To Export Appointments from Innocare
Click on the Management Tab, then click on Appointments. Set booked dates to all dates, then click GO.
Right-click the client list, and click Save to File.
Select your Desktop or Local computer to store the file and click Save.
Export appointments (past and future) with as much detail as possible.

How To Export Financials from Innocare
Click the Management Tab, then select Financials. Set Entered At, Posted To, and Posted as all dates. Click GO
Right-click the client list, and click Save to File.
Select your Desktop or Local computer to store the file and click Save.
