How To Export your Patients from AppointmentPlus

Click on the Reports Tab at the top of the page, then select Customer Reports on the side of the page.

Note – this report is only available to headquarters and location administration when enabled in Settings > Location Users > Call Center Users.

Next, format the report details, including as many fields as possible by checking off all fields, and format it as Excel. This will help when sorting and uploading data. If Juvonno doesn’t have a field that matches the export, the details can be added as a note on the patient profile.

If the report is too large it may time out resulting in an error message ‘Internal Server Error’. Limit the date ranges of the report and make several exports if necessary.
