How To Export Patients from Appointment.com
To export your Patient/Customer list go to the ‘Administration Tab' and look for your ‘Customer Admin’ area to choose ‘Export Customer’. The list is exported into a columned Excel document, needed for easy import into Juvonno.
Exporting Appointments from Appointment.com
The appointment export can be found on the ‘Reports Tab' in ‘Schedule Report’.
Dependent on the size of the file the system may time out before extraction is completed. If this happens break down your past and future appointments into smaller date ranges, or by year. Export these files separately and use the same filters when exporting.
If you would like to move over canceled, pending, or approved appointments, use the checkbox filters before exporting.
Use the “Check All” button for all the information attached to the appointment.
Click “Create Excel Report”
