How To Export Patients from ClinicSense
Only administrators have access to export data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Click on the client page tab at the top of the screen, then click on the download button next to the search bar.
Using the filter options export as much patient information as possible.
How To Export Appointments from ClinicSense
All appointments will have to be transferred manually after importing patients.
How To Export Clinical Notes/Charts from ClinicSense
Use the batch export option to export chart notes from ClinicSense. You can also download chart notes individually and upload them into Juvonno.
