How To Export Customers from Chirotouch
Click on ‘Billing and Statement Reports’, then click on ‘Data Export’.
Next, select ‘Patient Data’ as the export type on the left-hand side. Use the filter to select ‘Patient First Name’ and select ‘Present’ and then click the ‘Add’ button.
Repeat the steps with the ‘Patient Last Name', ‘Patient Phone Number’, and ‘Patient Birth Date’.
Click Save to create the filter for the report. To access the filter, click ‘Load’ on the ‘Data Export’ screen. You will see the filters you have created, select the one you would like to apply.
To finish click ‘Export’. A file will download to your local computer. You may have to add column headings to the report if you wish to analyze the data and align the columns for import to Juvonno.
How To Export Appointments from Chirotouch
Use the ‘Future Schedule by Data’ report under the Reports Manager Folder Location: patient_appointments, or Front Desk Folder Location: office reports.
How To Export Chart Notes from Chirotouch
Use the Reports Manager Folder Location: Patients_Notes and Documents report. If you are in the Front Desk Folder Location: Office Reports. Verify that chart notes have correctly been exported and transitioned before importing.
How To Export Billing from Chirotouch
Export Aged Outstanding Claims, and several other reports to collect the data needed to import upcoming billing information to Juvonno.
