Follow along to export from Chirotouch to Juvonno.

Use the export button found on screens throughout ChiroTouch to export data.
Exporting Customers from Chirotouch
Start by clicking on the ‘billing and statement reports’, then click on ‘data export’.
Next, select ‘patient data’ as the export type on the left-hand side. Use the filter to select the ‘patient first name’ and select ‘present’ and then click on the ‘add’ button.
Repeat the steps with the ‘Patient Last Name’, ‘Patient Phone Number’, and ‘Patient Birth Date’.
Click on the Save button as it will save the filter for the report. To access the filter, click on the ‘load’ button on the ‘data export’ screen. You will see the filters you have created in the past, select the filter you would like to apply.
To finish and export, click on the ‘export’ button. A file will download to your local computer. You may have to add column headings to the report if you wish to analyze the data and align the columns for import to Juvonno.
Exporting Appointments from Chirotouch
Use the ‘future schedule by data’ report under the reports manager folder location: patient_appointments or front desk folder location: office reports.
Exporting Chart Notes from Chirotouch
Use the ‘Reports Manager Folder Location: Patients_Notes and Documents’ report. If you are in the front desk folder location: Office Reports. Verify that chart notes have correctly been exported and transitioned before importing.
Exporting Billing from Chirotouch
Export Aged Outstanding Claims, and several other reports to collect the data needed to import upcoming billing information to Juvonno.
