How To Export Patients from Acuity
Navigate to Appointments > Import/Export section. Click Export Client List to Excel. Use the drop-down list to batch export patients into smaller batches if the system times out.
How To Export Appointments from Acuity
Navigate to Appointments > Import/Export section. Click Export Appointments & Forms to Excel. using the options available to filter the information by date range canceled appointments and intake forms.
Finish by clicking on ‘Export Appointment to Excel’ and the file will download as a CSV file.
