Add TELUS Insurers

Insurance companies billed through TELUS are added as Third-Party Companies in Juvonno. 

When to Use This 

Use this article when: 

• You want to add a TELUS insurer
• You want to  delete a TELUS insurer 
• TELUS updates their available insurers 
• You need to make a change to a TELUS insurer

Instructions

Adding a TELUS Insurer

1. Go to Settings 

2. Under Companies & Contacts, select Third Party Companies 

    

3. Click +New Third-Party Insurance 

   • To edit an existing TELUS insurer, click the arrow beside the insurance company record and click Edit 

      

4. Go to the Name field and enter the name of TELUS insurer
5. Go to eClaims Insurance # and select the corresponding insurer from the dropdown menu

6. Click Save

    

Result

The TELUS insurer will appear in your Third-Party Companies and will be billable through the TELUS integration. 

Things to Know 

• Most TELUS insurers already appear in Juvonno and will not need to be manually added
